Silicone Valley, born Clayman A. in south Florida, and now residing in NYC, is the inner circle of a Venn diagram consisting of My Chemical Romance, Aphex Twin, The Human League, Dr. Feelgood-era Motley Crue, the RHCP and (somehow) Hall & Oates. Worn by anyone else, influences this disparate might seem impossible, sv however has a way of blending it all into something entirely coherent and profoundly unique. It’s equal parts synth-ICE and rock-KITSCH, His legendarily cathartic shows are BOTH electronic and analog (AKA live). Notably, SV was the first artist to ever perform with a live guitarist in legendary NYC nightclub, Le Bain.
